We have expanded our range from eating and drinking products. Nowadays, there is a department that we have named after the woman in the house - Pen's coffee corner! Delicious coffee from Bon Café, the best that can be found in our neighborhood. Maitans Guesthouse offers of course some rooms. We have three different rooms to choose from. There are a small rooms, large rooms and VIP rooms on the top of the building. There are also rooms with and without balcony. All of the rooms have bathrooms with hot shower.
Breakfast is served every day together with sandwiches and other snacks. We have a big variety of different beverages in our bar.  Try Maits special and famous drink “sommarlätt”, a  guaranteed taste sensation that will make your feet a bit lighter.
We also proved free internet service for our customers. There is one computer down at the restaurant and a wireless lan system that reach every room for these ones who prefer to work with their own computer.
At Maitans you can always find a bunch of old owls sharing there experience and knowledge from the eastern part of Thailand. This may be a good opportunity for a newcomer to learn from the mistakes and success of others. We have an open seat no matter colour, gender or age.
There is a swimming pool available for those who dont like to swim in the ocean. Maitans Guesthouse has made an agreement with a nearby hotel, which gives our guest the opportunity to use their pool for a moderate cost of 100 Baht.

Welcome to Maitans Guesthouse 

Maitans is a cozy little guesthouse located in the heart of Jomtien only 70 meters from the beach. Its surrounded by every day local vendors that provides people with everything from grilled chicken wing, massage to swim suits.

Maitans in managed by Mait himself. He is native Swede with his roots on the Swedish west coast. This cozy guesthouse is running on its fouth year with a ever growing number of visitors and satisfied customers.

Not long time ago Maitans Guesthouse has moved. In the mean time we upgraded the rooms and the restaurant. The distance to the beach became a bit shorter too. Well, we did not move that long, just about five meters. And after all, what if we moved far away? Maybe our old guests would have a hard time to find us again?

Maitans is growing stronger every day!
